This fabulous reel comes from the playing of the famous Border fiddler Tom Hughes. It is followed by an 18th Century reel from the Gow Collection. Kale Water is the river that runs near the English Border and the Earl of Lauderdale was our immediate neighbour when we lived in Lauder.
